Useful information
Payment Method
The balance must be paid no later than four weeks before your arrival by bank transfer.
All expenses supported during your stay could be pay in cash directly to the service provider.
Booking Confirmation
Your reservation will only be binding on bank transfer of 50% of the package booked.
If you do a reservation less than 4 weeks before arrival, the fully package booked is payable at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of cancellation by the guest, it has to be written, he will have the refund of 50% of the price set for the entire stay; in case of cancellation within 4 weeks from check-in, Villa Soberanu will hold the total amount.

Pets
